It is the responsibility of the subscriber to pick up their items at the designated location and time. If the subscriber is unable to do so, the pick up can be rescheduled 48 hours in advance, otherwise, that week’s delivery will be forfeited. The subscription will be guaranteed when the subscriber’s first payment is cashable.

The subscription can be canceled. To cancel your subscription, please contact Emily (by phone, email or mail). Subscriptions will only be canceled upon receiving confirmation email from Lone Mountain Farms.
